Being the true friends we are, several of us got together -- via email
naturally -- to help plan the event of the decade. Yes, our dear Sue Widup
ripened to the prune-sweet age of 40 this year. The planning in itself was
amusing -- I hope to post the outcome of the email threads that were recorded in
the "Sue's Big Day" email list. But for now you can only enjoy the
pictorial fruits of our labor.
The theme for the event was "putting Sue's youth to rest"... yes, the tried and true funeral.. but with a bit more wake thrown in versus your typical internment. We began by doing a slide show of photos past, present, and distant future.
